Jackson Arts Council introduces new community fundraiser “Dinner on the Hotel Lawn”
The Jackson Arts Council is all set to host Dinner on the Hotel Lawn at the Jackson Country Club on Saturday, 23rd , August 2025 to raise money to support its programs, such as, the Jackson Art Box Program, First Friday Art Walks, JAC Grant Program and Creative Support Grant Program all to help Jackson-Madison County School System students, local artists, and art organizations. They serve as a bridge between the artist and the community. They aim to reach a minimum of $50,000 as their fundraising goal.
This grand event will bring a deeper awareness of the arts community as well as an opportunity to learn more about the Jackson Arts Council. Attendees will have a fun-filled evening, while raising funds to build and promote necessary programs. The event will begin at 6:30 PM on Saturday with live music on the lawn, a live band inside the venue, dinner, a cash bar, and a silent auction, which includes the famous painting “Dinner on the Hotel Lawn” by Sir Stanley Spencer (born in Cookham, England).
